Programme Launch 06/08/24
- After the programme launch, booking will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week here. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
- Tickets are held in your basket for 30mins while you browse and book. The timer starts when you add your first item to the basket.
Receiving/collecting your tickets
Online bookings
- If you book online, there are two options regarding ticket delivery: receive e-tickets by email (which you can print at home, show on a smartphone at the door of an event for scanning)
- If we are printing your tickets, you will need to collect them from the Festival Box Office at 11 North Main Street, Wigtown. Please make sure to allow adequate time to collect your tickets before the event.
- You will not receive tickets through the post.
Tickets booked by telephone or in-person
- If you book by telephone or in person, you can receive e-tickets by email (which you can print at home, or show on a smartphone at the door of an event for scanning), or collect paper tickets from the Festival Box Office.
- If we are printing your tickets, you will need to collect them from the Festival Box Office at 11 North Main Street, Wigtown. Please make sure to allow adequate time to collect your tickets and then proceed to the event venue.
- You will not receive tickets through the post
