The Board is committed to having a diverse range of skills and backgrounds. At the moment interest is particularly welcomed from younger people, individuals with HR or legal experience and those from the broadest range of diverse backgrounds. Local representation on the Board is also important as all the Wigtown Festival Company's output is delivered within Dumfries and Galloway.
