Tess Brady, an original member of the Clunes Booktown team travelled to Wigtown in June. “We feel close to Wigtown, as if they are our older sister.” She explained, “We used the research and list of criteria developed for Wigtown when we first stepped out to become a booktown. Meeting the team was like travelling to the other side of the world and finding a mirror images of yourself… finding like minded people. Our stories are so alike.”
