Tickets are held in your basket for 30mins while you browse and book. The timer starts when you add your first item to the basket.

Returning customer, excepting Friends for Life, will need to resubmit their details to purchase tickets.

If you are a Friend for Life, your account details have transferred. You will need to reset your password to activate your new account.

Please don't hesitate to call the box office if you are experiencing any issues.

If you book online, there are two options regarding ticket delivery: receive e-tickets by email (which
you can print at home, show on a smart phone at the door of an event for scanning)
If we are printing your tickets, you will need to collect them from the Festival Box Office at 11 North Main Street, Wigtown. Please make sure to allow adequate time to collect your tickets and then proceed to the event venue.
You will not receive tickets through the post.
