As avid readers, we all have our favourite genres, characters and plot lines. But what if you could be the hero, heroine, or villain of your own epic moment – created, then captured forever, during your stay at The Open Book? It's the perfect setting for so many possibilities – from film noir, to monster under the bed, to a portal to another dimension. The only limit is the imagination.

We have teamed up with professional creative photographer, Kim Ayres, to offer guests staying at The Open Book the opportunity to plan, create, and be photographed in a style of their own imagining.

Below are a few examples, but every photo session is bespoke. Once you contact Kim, you can start planning together what mood, outfits and props you would like the photo to have, to make sure everything is ready in advance of your stay.
